Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. This class is offered live in various locations so you can have the community connections and support of others having fun with you.

I am a wife, mother of 5 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!
